Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of SuppGuard. A working draft to be reviewed by counsel before launch.

The service

SuppGuard is a compliance-operations tool that helps you organize supplement compliance documents, track expiries, and prepare audit packets. It is a tool, not a compliance guarantee.

No guarantee & no legal advice

SuppGuard does not guarantee any marketplace outcome, including that a listing will remain active or be reinstated. Those decisions are made by Amazon. SuppGuard does not provide legal or regulatory advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide, for meeting the actual requirements of the marketplaces and regulators you sell under, and for verifying current requirements in official sources.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service unlawfully, don’t upload content you have no right to, and don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you choose. One-time services are billed per engagement. Details and any refund terms are shown at checkout.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuppGuard is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
