How SuppGuard handles your data. This is a working draft to be reviewed by counsel before launch.
What we collect
Account information (name, email), the compliance documents and product data you upload, and standard product-usage analytics. We do not collect Amazon customer or order data.
How we use it
To provide the service — organizing your documents, computing compliance status, and sending alerts — and to support and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents to train AI models.
Where it lives
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per account, and hosted with reputable infrastructure providers. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with the sub-processors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring) under appropriate agreements. We disclose data if required by law.
Your choices
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from your account, or by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
